Who can use this platform?

You, the Customer, must have the necessary legal authority, rights, licenses, and permits to use and offer the services available on the Bonobo Platform, as required by any applicable laws or regulations.

This means that in all cases, except Free Entry sweepstake Lotteries, you will be required to either have an exemption provided by law, or an active Lottery License issued by your local authority.

Per Ticket Usage Fee

We charge a flat, per ticket fee for the use of our platform.  Meaning that regardless of the Entry/Ticket price, you pay a simple flat fee to Bonobo for the use of the platform.

All fees, including setup, monthly and credit purchases must be pre-paid.

Ticket Credits (TC)

Before you can start selling tickets on our platform, you are required to fund your account with lottery Ticket Credits (TC).

Tickets Credits are sold in packs of 500 and remain on your account until they are used.

You will need 1 (one) lottery Ticket Credit for each ticket you expect to sell in your Lottery. Upon the sale of each Entry/Ticket, your account will be reduced by 1 Ticket Credit.

If your account balance is running low, you will be notified via email and can top up your account in order to prevent missed ticket sales.

White Glove On-Boarding

Take the work out of creating your Lottery by letting us handle your site setup and delivering a fully working Lottery solution, ready to sell to tickets.

This one-time, non-refundable fee is due at least 24 hours prior to start of on-boarding.

Monthly Minimum Spend

You must have a minimum monthly purchase of Lottery Credits to maintain your account in good standing. Your accounts and respective credits will be maintained as long as your account is in good standing.

Our limited time promotional offer waives up to 12 months of this fee in order to give startup lotteries zero fixed monthly costs during the startup phase.

Online Sales & Retail sales module

All of our Lottery Service plans comes equipped with Online and Retail sales modules.

Player can register, log in and play through your Lottery Site. You will receive a custom domain such as  yourname.bonoboplc.com

For a small yearly fee, you can map your own custom domain to your Lottery site.

You can grow your retail sales team, by creating unlimited number of accounts for your staff.

Payment Processing

You can use different payment methods to handle Online Payments, Retail Payments, and  tele-sales payments.

Whilst selling Retail Tickets, you can accept payments through cash or via payment terminals that may already be present at your retail locations.

In order for you to accept online payments, we can integrate your internet merchant payment gateway into your platform upon your request.

Direct Debit Payments

UK customers can so also use pre-integrated Direct Debit payment processing,  provided by RapiData, for the sale of Lottery Subscriptions.

You must obtain an account with Rapidata (https://rapidataservices.com/)  in order to use this pre-integrated service. All fees charged by Rapidata are exclusive of Bonobo fees.

Alternatively, Bonobo can integrate any Direct Debit service bureau at a standard rate.

Game Installation

As part of the White-glove on-boarding service, we will setup 3 games of your choosing, from our Games Library (viewable on our Demo site).

Setup Fees

A one-time, non-refundable fee paid for the setup and creation of your Lottery installation.

This fee is due upon sign-up.

How do I pay?

Setup fees must be paid by bank transfer.

On-going Purchase of  Lottery Credits can be paid by bank transfer, Paypal, Visa/Mastercard and select cryptocurrencies (coming soon).
